What mentors do:
Guide, support, and inspire students who are ready to work hard and build careers in the skilled trades.

Time commitment:
Flexible — a few conversations a year, or more if you’re able. A small amount of your time can make a huge difference.

Tradespeople, contractors, union members, and industry pros who believe that skilled work builds strong futures — and that every student deserves a hand up.
